Yep. I want to make ...Update: Want to make wine.<br /><br />Yep. I want to make wine again. I've lost a decade and never got that far into my career in the first place. I'll have to review and start small. But it's time to dust off the boots and get myself back in the production game. I'm actively looking, but not finding much in the way of lab/cellar/enology jobs. But I'm hopeful and still applying for other winery jobs that I qualify for. After working a few weeks in a friend's tasting room, I've discovered that -yes- I do still like wine and I'm still interested in the process. The knowledge I've acquired about business has changed my perspective, particularly with respect to small wineries. But I found myself pelting her constantly with questions about the wine, the vineyards, the cellaring, the analysis, everything.
